• STEVEN A. FELSENTHAL concentrates his practice on tax, transactional, estate and business planning for business owners, executives and closely-held businesses. For over 35 years, Steve has advised his clients in the areas of income tax planning and controversies, sales and acquisitions of businesses, debt restructuring, estate planning, business representation and real estate transactions, including the development and financing of subsidized housing.

  Many of Steve’s clients have been with him since the founding of the firm. His broad depth of experience in many facets of the law allows Steve to bring a unique perspective to creatively and effectively solving his clients’ problems. Steve has also served as an expert witness in cases involving tax disputes and accountant and attorney malpractice actions.

  Steve has been honored as an Illinois “Super Lawyer” in several areas of Tax.

  Steve has served for many years on the Board of Directors of the American Technion Society, West Central Region.

  Steve received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He received a B.A., with High Honors, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Illinois (Urbana).
